ejaculatory duct
It is a thin tube, pair, that penetrates through the posterior surface of the prostate, crossing its parenchyma to open, through a small hole, in the seminal colliculus of the prostatic urethra, next to the foramen of the prostatic utricle.
Structurally, the ejaculatory duct, as well as the seminal vesicle, has the same constitution as the vas deferens, presenting three concentric tunics: adventitia, muscular and mucosa.
