Male Genital System
The organs of the male genital system are the testes (male gonads), a duct system (vas deferens, ejaculatory duct, and urethra), accessory sex glands (prostate, bulbourethral gland, and seminal vesicles), and various supporting structures, including the scrotum. and the penis. The testes (male gonads) produce sperm and secrete hormones (testosterone). The duct system transports and stores sperm, aids in maturation and carries it out. Semen contains sperm plus the secretions of the accessory sex glands.
